By filling out the form below, you are appointing Rabbi Chaim-Eliezer Edelstein to arrange the sale on your behalf.

Please Note: this form is intended for those in the local area of Temple Beth Ahm. If you are outside of the New York time zone, please arrange to sell your Chameitz with a local Rabbi.

I/we hereby authorize Rabbi Chaim-Eliezer Edelstein to act as my/our agent, and to appoint additional agents if needed, in the sale of all chameitz that may be in my/our possession wherever it may be - whether at home, at a place of business, or elsewhere - in accordance with the requirements of Jewish law. All chameitz in my/our possession (except the designated small amount for Shabbat), will be stored and sealed by 10:00 AM Friday, April 11th, 2025 and will remain stored away for the duration of Pesach.

Note: This form will be unavailable after 5:00 PM ET on Thursday, April 10th, 2025.
